High Heat Fusion:

Every Argentium silver loop is individually formed, heated to its melting point, and fused into a continuous piece of metal without solder.

• A cleaner production process with no fire scale and reduced chemical waste

Every loop begins as raw wire and is transformed by heat into a unique organic form. No two are exactly alike.

Our natural gemstones were formed deep within the earth over thousands—and often millions—of years. Each stone carries a story written by nature: subtle variations in color, natural inclusions, textures, and flashes of light that make it unlike any other.

We carefully hand-select our gemstones for their beauty, quality, color, character, and how they bring each design to life. Many of our stones are individually hand-cut or hand-faceted by skilled lapidaries, revealing the natural color and light within the stone while preserving its unique character.

Because natural gemstones are formed by nature, no two stones are exactly alike. Small variations are not imperfections—they are part of what makes a natural stone beautiful.

We don't cut the gemstones ourselves. Instead, we work with trusted gemstone suppliers and skilled lapidaries, then personally select the stones we use in our designs.

A note about our gemstones:
Our collections may include natural gemstones and, as our designs evolve, may also include other gemstone materials such as lab-created stones. When a stone is lab-created or otherwise treated, we will clearly identify it in the product description.

• Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap when needed
• Store in the provided pouch when not worn
• Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners

For gemstone pieces, avoid prolonged exposure to perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals.

Handcrafted to Order
Each LoveGem artifact is created to order in my Pacifica studio. Please allow 1–2 weeks for me to hand-fuse and curate your piece before it is ready to ship.

Returns & Exchanges
I want you to love your artifact. I accept returns of regular-priced, non-custom jewelry within 14 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only. No cash refunds.

• Condition: Jewelry must be in perfect, unworn condition to qualify for an exchange.
• Logistics: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees. Please pack your pieces carefully in a box and ensure the return is fully insured. I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
• How to Begin: Please contact me to request a return.
• Final Sale Items: Custom commissions, bespoke modifications, rings, and sale items are final sale.
• Damages: In the rare event an item arrives damaged, please submit a claim within 48 hours of receipt. I will repair or replace the item; a full refund will only be issued if the item cannot be replaced.
• Third-Party Retailers: Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to the store where they were purchased and are subject to their individual return policy.
