Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: Since your piece is handcrafted to order in our Pacifica studio, please allow 5–10 business days for your item to be meticulously prepared before shipping.

  • Shipping: We ship via USPS/FedEx. You will receive a tracking number the moment your package leaves our hands, so you can follow its journey to your door.

  • Packaging: Every piece arrives in our signature eco-friendly, minimalist packaging—designed to be beautiful, protective, and kind to the earth.

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days delivery timeline
  • Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days delivery timeline

International:

  • Economy Shipping: 6-18 business days delivery timeline
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days delivery timeline

Important Notes:

  • For International Standard shipping, the tracking number is available for certain countries: Australia, Germany, Belgium, Great Britain, Brazil, Israel, Canada, Netherlands, Croatia, New Zealand, Denmark, Spain, France, and Switzerland.
  • Tracking is available for Priority and Express shipping methods to all countries.
  • International orders may be subject to additional customs duties and service fees. Please note that LoveGem Studio does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER OR CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

As our team works hard to get your order made and dispatched as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Please contact us and we will do our best to support you.

If your order has already been shipped prior to receiving the correct address, unfortunately, we are not responsible for retrieving the package or issuing any refund.

WHAT HAPPEN TO RETURNED PACKAGES?

If a package has failed to be delivered and returned to us, a $5 processing fee will be charged on top of a second shipping label that the customer must purchase in order for the package to be shipped again.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to the following countries. Kindly note that we do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO or FPO addresses at this time.
