The Alchemy Lab: Our Materials

The Foundation: Fused Argemtium® Silver

At LoveGem Studio, our signature material is Argentium® 940 Silver—a modern silver alloy prized for its exceptional beauty, durability, and low-maintenance wear.

Containing more pure silver (94%) than traditional sterling (92.5%), Argentium offers a brighter, whiter finish and resists tarnish far more effectively. It is also nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making it a thoughtful choice for sensitive skin.

Most importantly, Argentium allows us to use our signature high-heat fusion technique. Rather than joining components with solder, we bring the metal itself to its precise melting point, creating seamless bonds without visible joints.

Each fused loop becomes a continuous piece of silver—strong, organic, and entirely unique.

For us, Argentium isn't simply a material choice.

It's the foundation of everything we create.

A Legacy in Every Link

Every piece of silver we use is 100% recycled.

We believe materials carry stories. By choosing recycled precious metals, we honor the resources that came before while creating something entirely new.

Through craftsmanship and intention, yesterday's silver becomes tomorrow's heirloom—ready to hold the memories you create along the way.

Thoughtfully Chosen Gemstones

No two gemstones are exactly alike.

We embrace the natural diversity found within the earth, selecting stones for their beauty, character, and harmony within each design.

To help you better understand the qualities of the gemstones we use, we classify them into four categories:

• ARTISAN SELECT GRADE: Exceptional color, cut, and overall beauty chosen individually by the artist.

• SIGNATURE GRADE: Beautiful gemstones selected for their balance of color, brilliance, and timeless appeal.

• NATURAL GRADE: Stones with visible inclusions and organic characteristics, each telling a geological story billions of years in the making.

• ORGANIC GRADE: Raw or minimally processed specimens chosen for their tactile beauty and unrefined connection to the natural world.
