Unless marked Ready to Ship, your jewelry is handcrafted after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for production before shipment. During holidays or periods of increased demand, production times may be slightly longer.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order. Whenever possible, I'll do my best to accommodate your timeline.

We ship via UPS, USPS, and FEDEX.

Complimentary shipping is offered on all U.S. orders over $200.

Orders under $200 are calculated at checkout.

All domestic orders include tracking. Orders over $500 may require signature confirmation for added security.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

LoveGem Studio currently ships to a select list of countries with reliable tracked delivery services.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees required by their country.

We use UPS, USPS, FEDEX and DHL for international shipping. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, order value, and shipping speed.

Because every LoveGem Studio piece is handcrafted specifically for you, I do not offer cash refunds.

Eligible regular-priced jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery for:

Returned jewelry must be:

• in original packaging

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please insure returned packages, as LoveGem Studio cannot be responsible for items lost during transit.

If your piece ever needs repair, resizing, or adjustment, please contact me before sending it back.

Most repairs can be completed for a reasonable service fee depending on the nature of the work.

Repairs resulting from normal wear are evaluated individually.

Jewelry altered or repaired by another jeweler may not be eligible for future repair by LoveGem Studio.

Because every LoveGem Studio piece is handcrafted, repair costs vary depending on the work required. After evaluating your piece, I'll provide a repair estimate before any work begins.

ARGENTIUM® SILVER

LoveGem Studio uses recycled Argentium® 940 silver, an advanced silver alloy prized for its bright white color, exceptional tarnish resistance, and hypoallergenic properties.

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

• Clean with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft cloth.
• Avoid chlorine, bleach, and harsh chemicals.
• Store in the provided pouch when not worn.

Although Argentium silver resists tarnish far better than traditional sterling silver, occasional cleaning will help preserve its natural brilliance.

GEMSTONES

Natural gemstones are durable but deserve thoughtful care.

Please avoid prolonged exposure to:

• perfumes
• lotions
• household cleaners
• hot springs
• swimming pools
  

Some gemstones—including opal, pearls, turquoise, and other softer materials—are particularly sensitive to chemicals and rapid temperature changes.

Every gemstone is naturally unique.

Color, inclusions, crystal patterns, and subtle variations are part of the beauty of genuine gemstones and should be celebrated rather than considered imperfections.

Likewise, every fused Argentium loop is individually formed by hand. Slight variations in shape and texture are a hallmark of true craftsmanship, making every piece one of a kind.

Some stories deserve to be told only once.
