Every piece is a result of my signature High-Heat Fusion process. By utilizing recycled Argentium® 940 silver and eliminating traditional solder, I forge metal into a seamless, architectural state that defies time.

• Material Integrity: I use 100% recycled Argentium® 940 silver and pure silver. I believe that metal carries memory—by choosing materials that have lived before, I ensure that your artifact is infused with history and a promise that your own memories will be preserved within it for years to come.
• Gemstone Curation: I classify my stones into tiers based on quality and clarity, ranging from my Radiant Standard to the Ethereal Collection. You can explore the technical properties of my materials and my stone-grading philosophy in my Material Lab.

• Note: Because every piece is hand-fused in my Pacifica studio, I can often adjust bracelet/necklace lengths or ring sizes. If you have specific sizing requirements, please reach out via my contact page for a bespoke modification.

Preserving Your Artifact
Because these are modern artifacts crafted from natural materials, they require a gentle, intentional touch.

• For Argentium® 940: This silver is highly tarnish-resistant and brilliant. Clean with a soft, lint-free cloth and mild, soapy water. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and harsh chemicals.
• For Gemstones: Each stone has unique sensitivities. Keep pearls, opals, and turquoise away from chemicals, perfumes, and direct heat. When in doubt, a simple wipe with a soft, dry cloth is the safest way to maintain their natural luster.
• Storage: Store in the provided pouch, away from other pieces that may cause surface scratches.

Handmade is Worth the Wait
Each LoveGem artifact is created to order in my Pacifica studio. Please allow 1–2 weeks for me to hand-fuse and curate your piece before it is ready to ship.

Returns & Exchanges
I want you to love your artifact. I accept returns of regular-priced, non-custom jewelry within 7 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only. No cash refunds.

• Condition: Jewelry must be in perfect, unworn condition to qualify for an exchange.
• Logistics: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees. Please pack your pieces carefully in a box and ensure the return is fully insured. I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
• How to Begin: Please contact me to request a return.
• Final Sale Items: Custom commissions, bespoke modifications, rings, and sale items are final sale.
• Damages: In the rare event an item arrives damaged, please submit a claim within 48 hours of receipt. I will repair or replace the item; a full refund will only be issued if the item cannot be replaced.
• Third-Party Retailers: Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to the store where they were purchased and are subject to their individual return policy.
