4. Exchange Process: Once we receive the item for exchange and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you promptly.

1. Original Shipping Fee: The original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping in your order, the original shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount.
