WHAT IS THE RETURN PLICY?
If you wish to return your jewelry item, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide your original proof of purchase to validate the return.
- Return Process: Contact our customer service team by email to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 2-4 business days.
All below items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized jewelry items, including all rings and customized stamped jewelry
- Gift cards
- Items sold in craft fairs are final
WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you would like to exchange your jewelry item for a different size, style, or design, please follow these steps:
- Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: The item for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team by email to initiate the exchange process. Provide details about the item you wish to exchange and the new item you would like to receive.
- Exchange Process: Once we receive the item for exchange and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you promptly.
- Original Shipping Fee: The original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping in your order, the original shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount.
- Return Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the shipping cost for exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Please note that customized or personalized jewelry items are not be eligible for returns or exchanges, including all rings and customized stamped jewelry.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they are defective upon arrival.
- Gift cards
- Items sold in craft fairs are final.
- Downloadable software products
- International Returns: Orders outside of US may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
